RMU Club Hockey is proud to welcome Kirsten Lallone from Brooke High School, Wellsburg, WV as a member of the ACHA Women's Division II Ice Hockey team. 

The RMU Women's Club Hockey team recently signed their newest recruit as Wellsburg, WV resident, Kirsten Lallone, pledged her commitment to the Colonials. Lallone signed her letter of intent and commitment at the RMU Island Sports Complex on March 23rd surrounded by not only friends and family, but current members of the RMU D2 team. 

The Colonials' staff is very excited to get Lallone on campus this August and get to work. Looking at Lallone's resume, it is clear Head Coach Jim Napoli and the rest of the team are adding another reliable netminder to the roster. 

Kirsten has been able to solidify her position as the starting varsity goaltender since her Sophomore season for the Trinity High School Hillers. Aside from high school, she has also played for the Arctic Foxes youth team right here at the RMU Island Sports Complex for the past five years, so it's safe to say that Kirsten is quite familiar with the Colonials. Kirsten has also played Girls PIHL Varsity hockey each year since the league's founding in 2021. Outside of hockey and school work, she is also a Firefighter.  

It is clear as to why Lallone was heavily sought after by the Colonials and the entire club is excited to see her take her talents to the collegiate level.

Lallone will join the RMU Women's D2 Club Hockey Team starting in the fall pursuing a degree in Early Childhood and Special Education, and the entire Club Sports Department is excited to have her join the University!
