Moon Township, PA - Get ready as the RMU Women's Club Rugby Team celebrates 10 years of Robert Morris Women's Rugby this Saturday, October 28th. 

September 19th marked 10 years since the very first match for the women's rugby club. Since then, the team as had many fantastic students become members of the rugby family. Every year has been an adventure, and this year's team has been excited to live the legacy started in 2013 by a dedicated group to bring women's rugby to the RMU campus.

The Colonials will be wrapping up their season at home with the Allegheny Rugby Union Fall 7s Championship at Joe Walton Stadium starting at 5:30 pm. It has been a full and well fought out season for the team as they have taken on opponents such as Clarion University, Youngstown State, Saint Vincent College and more. The Colonials have a current record of 6-4 due to some big wins last weekend over the University of Pittsburgh Johnstown, and Fairmont State University. 

All former RMU Women's Rugby players are invited to celebrate after the completion of the tournament. Specific details are still to come but contact president Grace Genaway or Coach Angela Smarto for more info!
