Moon, PA- RMU's top Rocket League team has been on quite the run this season in the NACE Collegiate Rocket League Tournament. The team currently sits at 6-3, and tied for 7th place out of 59 schools. Based off of the opponent win percentage tie breaker, the club currently sits 13th officially but all the teams between 7th and 15th have a 6-3 record. The team has a great opportunity to rocket up the standings with their upcoming match against Lebanon Valley College. Both teams are 6-3 so far this season and have the potential to move ahead of the pack of schools with the same record.
Rocket League Blue dropped their first two matches of the season against Full Sail (5-4) and Mount Saint Joseph (5-4), but then rattled of 6 straight victories. It started with a 3-0 win over Lyon College (3-6). Next were a 3-0 win over Campbellsville (3-6 ) and a huge 3-1 win over Park University (6-3).
Missouri Valley (4-5) and Carl Albert State College (4-5) were the next to fall to Robert Morris, 3-2 and 3-0 respectively. The final victory in the lengthy win streak was over Shenandoah Valley (5-4) with a convincing 3-1 victory.
The team is coming off a tough 3-2 loss to UT Dallas (7-2), and is ready to bounce back against Lebanon Valley College. The trio (

Chris Willard, and
Michael Campbell) have been communicating well so far and have had some highlight reel worthy goals. RMU currently has a 2-3 record against opponents with winning records through 9 games, but are looking to make it an even 3-3 with their match against Lebanon Valley College.
