Frances McPeek joined the Robert Morris University Recreation and Fitness Center team in 2023 as the Fitness Operations Manager, a pivotal role in ensuring the center's daily operations run smoothly. Frances brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to the university's mission, vision, and values.

Frances's journey in the fitness industry has been marked by excellence and dedication. As a Health Fitness Program Manager at Corporate Fitness Works, she excelled in client relationships and program management, creating dynamic fitness programs and compiling essential data for clients. She’s also held roles in the health and fitness industry at the Edgeworth Club and Fritz Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine prior to her role at RMU. In her role as Fitness Operations Manager at RMU Frances oversees the student staff of the recreation and fitness center, group exercise, and all fitness and wellness programs offered at the rec center.

Frances holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Robert Morris University, with a sports concentration. She also holds several training certifications including the Biomechanics to Corrective Exercise Specialist, ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, CPR/AED/First Aid, ACE Sports Performance Specialist, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
