Norm Riffner is a USA hockey level 4 coach with 12 years experience. In the past 7 seasons his teams have won a combined 5 championships. Coach Riffner's style was influenced by Badger Bob Johnson via building positive relationships with his players both on and off the ice. Game style and practice are heavily influenced by the legendary Russian coach Anatoly Tarasov who embraced the highest level of creativity in all facets of the game.
