12-Week Summer Training Plans

The training plans listed below are resources for you to use during the summer. Feel free to change them as necessary or create your own training plan! We hope these will aid you in your summer training and we look forward to seeing strong runners return to campus in the fall!

Advanced Plan (Peak Mileage: 60-70 miles)

Intermediate Plan (Peak Mileage: 40-50 miles)

Beginner Plan (Peak Mileage: 30-35 miles)
