The Robert Morris University Men's Club Bowling Team is excited to announce that former standout RMU bowler Kendall Battles will take over as the team's Junior Varsity Coach.

Battles brings a strong collegiate bowling resume and a wealth of experience to his first formal coaching role with RMU. During his four years bowling collegiately, Kendall recorded five tournament victories, two All-Tournament Team selections, and a high series of 824. Beyond his success on the lanes, he was also a valued mentor to new members of the team.

Kendall graduated this past spring with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, a minor in Psychology, and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, while maintaining an impressive 3.94 cumulative GPA. During his time at RMU, he also served as Co-Director of the Concierge Team and the Center for Outreach and Impact and was involved with the National Society of Leadership and Success and Student Government.

While pursuing his master's degree, Battles also gained coaching experience by helping with the RMU Men's Developmental Team. His contributions helped two bowlers earn call-ups to the Junior Varsity team late in the season.

Now beginning his first year as an official RMU coach, Kendall is excited to work with both new and familiar faces and help the next generation of RMU bowlers grow both as athletes and individuals.
