The Robert Morris University ACHA Division II women's club ice hockey team announced the signing of three recruits on Sunday, January 18, 2026, as the program continues to build toward the upcoming season.

Hometown: New Kensington, PA
High School: Agora Cyber Charter
Club Teams: Pittsburgh Steel City Selects as well as Burrell Buccaneers Varsity
Position: Goalie
Major: Biology/Pre-Med
Accomplishments: All-Stars pick for Varsity, and I was invited to attend the Congress of Future Medical Leaders.


Melana Shiring
Hometown: Leesburg, Virginia 
High school: Heritage High School
Club team: St. James AA
Position: Forward
Intended major: Health Sciences 
Accomplishments: Received third place at nationals in 2024


Abby Sollars
Hometown: Troy, MI
High school: Troy Athens High School
Club team: Belle Tire 19u
Position: Goalie
Years Playing Hockey: 13
Intended major: Secondary Education
Accomplishments: I have played in the USA hockey nationals the last 2 years, last year earning bronze, and have played in the MAHA State championship game the last 5 years.
