Robert Morris University Club Sports is excited to announce the addition of Andrew Kiehl to our staff as the Club Sports Multimedia Manager. Andrew brings a strong background in sports media, broadcasting, and production that will elevate our gameday experience for players and fans alike.
A graduate of Robert Morris University with a Bachelor of Arts in News and Sports Communication and a Minor in Sport Management, Andrew has developed extensive experience in live sports coverage and media production. His work includes serving as a play-by-play commentator and production team member with GOAT4V4 in Cranberry Township, where he provided on-air analysis, managed gameday cameras, and created highlight content and graphics for live streams.
During his time at RMU, Andrew was a key contributor to Gameday Production Staff, covering 20+ Club Hockey games through live commentary and weekly podcasts. He also gained professional experience as a Pens Radio Network Intern with the Pittsburgh Penguins, where he assisted with live broadcasts, operated the soundboard, and worked directly with on-air talent.
When asked about the opportunity, Andrew said, "It's an honor to provide new students with the same opportunities that I was fortunate to have."
With his passion for sports communication and proven skill in production, Andrew is set to bring energy, professionalism, and creativity to RMU Club Sports coverage. As Multimedia Manager, he will oversee all digital content and ensure our games and events reach fans in the most engaging way possible. We're excited to welcome him aboard and can't wait to see the impact he'll make this season!
