Robert Morris University is excited to welcome Travis Bolner as the new Assistant Director, Esports and Innovative Programs, bringing extensive experience in esports recruitment, program development, and leadership.

A 2022 RMU graduate with a degree in Sport Management, Bolner previously served as President of the Esports Board, helping the program achieve record growth. As RMU's Esports Recruiting Coordinator, he expanded team ranks by 200%, led multiple teams to national finals, and fostered academic excellence, earning RMU Esports the highest GPA among club sports.

When asked about his new role Travis said "I'm very excited to work with the wellness team in expanding the resources available to our esports students. Ensuring they have everything they need to compete at the highest level in a healthy manner is my number one priority."

Bolner's experience includes leading the Stride Esports League (SEL) to over 2,200 students, securing sponsorships, and driving engagement on Twitch. His background also spans contract management at Crown Castle, retail leadership at Dick's Sporting Goods, and service in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he earned the Navy Achievement Medal.
