RMU Men's Club Rugby Wins ARU D4 Championship!

RMU Men's Club Rugby defeated Cedarville University 34–10 in the Allegheny Rugby Union Division 4 Championship match at the Pullman Athletic Complex in Butler, PA.
RMU started the match a bit slow, with Cedarville controlling possession and territory for much of the first 25 minutes. However, RMU's defense held strong, keeping Cedarville from crossing the try line. Once the offense clicked, RMU exploded with four tries in just 15 minutes to take full control of the match.
Brian White opened the scoring, and Jack Steiner added two conversions to help RMU take a commanding 24–0 halftime lead.
Cedarville came out strong in the second half, earning the first score after ten minutes of sustained pressure. RMU quickly responded with two more tries to extend the lead to 34–5. The Domers then made a full round of substitutions, giving younger players valuable postseason experience. Cedarville managed a late try, but RMU's dominant first half sealed the championship victory.

With the ARU title in hand, RMU now turns its focus to Regionals in two weeks, once again returning to Butler with their sights set on the Iron Bowl Trophy. One more win stands between RMU and a perfect fall season.
