Moon Township, PA - Over the summer, RMU's Men's Club Basketball signed their newest recruits as the below student athletes pledged their commitment to the Colonials.
The Colonials' staff is very excited to have everyone on campus and looking at these resumes, it is clear Head Coach Taylore Williams and the rest of the team are adding some reliable players to the roster.
RMU D1 Men's Club Basketball Newly Signed Players:
#8 Sameer Qureshi - Sameer from High Point NC, is a transfer from Guilford Tech Community College. Sameer was statistically one of the best shooters in the country at the JUCO level last year. He comes to RMU bringing not only his shooting ability but experience that can help our young guys develop and know what it takes to succeed at the collegiate level.

#21 Daniel King - Dan from Cleveland OH, is a transfer from Bryant & Stratton Albany. Dan is a very athletic guard who also possesses the ability to make difficult shots. Dan's athleticism on the Wing is going to help us be a lot more versatile than in years past.

#30 Devan Booker – Devan from Winter Haven FL, is a preferred walk-on in our program this year. Devan's athleticism and shooting prowess are what makes him a very good player. Devan has shown the qualities needed to compete at this level and we are very high on his skill set.

#22 Dontae Hines – Dontae from Haines City FL, is a freshman forward who brings a ton of athletic ability to our forward spot this season. Dontae's constant activity on the glass and above-the-rim playing style is what gravitated us toward him in our recruiting process.
#4 Semaje Howard – Maje from Chicago IL, is a freshman guard with limitless talent. From athleticism to shooting ability and a hard-nosed defensive mentality, Maje has all the makings of one of the top Freshmen in the Nation. He provides us needed depth at the PG position.

#3 Shawn Davis – Shawn from Bethel Park PA, is a standout freshman forward who can do a little bit of everything on the floor. Shawn plays even bigger than his 6'5 frame and has shown real promise throughout the preseason training camp. Though all the physical tools are apparent, Shawn has a high basketball IQ which is constantly on display.

#6 Isaiah Mallich – Isaiah from Jeannette PA, is a freshman guard who can really shoot the basketball. One thing that hurt our team last year was the lack of consistent shooting throughout the season. We feel like Isaiah helps that immensely. His marksmanship gives us a definite boost in that area.

The entire Club Sports Department is excited to have these students join the University!
