As the hockey season reaches its end it's time to reflect on the club hockey players that will be graduating and moving on from the program. In total these 11 players have contributed greatly to the success and development of RMU's prestigious club hockey program.

#12 F Austin Lapiana (D1) - Kiski Area High School (PA) native who decided to spend one final season with the Colonials before graduation. The business management major put up 4 goals and 10 total points this season and greatly contributed as a two way player for the Colonials.

#10 F Camron Smith (D1) - Montour High School (PA) native spent all 5 of his college eligible seasons with the Colonials totaling 54 points in 79 career games. Smith was one of the key members in getting the Colonials to an ACHA championship in the 2020-21 season. The biology/pre med major caps off his career with 13 points and a faceoff percentage of over 60% in 2021-22. Smith was one of the best penalty killers and two way players on his team.

#11 D Braeden Harbison (D1) - Shaler Area High School (PA) Native spent 3 seasons with the Colonials totaling 15 points in 62 games. Harbison, like Smith, helped bring the ACHA championship back to Moon Twp in the 2020-21 season. Harbison crested the "A" across his chest in 2021-22 and was one of the leaders on and off the ice for his team. The communications major was Coach Mike Joseph's go to guy when his team needed a big stop as he led the team in blocked shots.

#31 G Christian Pellegrino (D1) - Broadneck High School (MD) native spent all 4 of his collegiate eligibility with the Colonials. As a fan favorite, Pellegrino put up an overall .912 save percentage and a 2.71 Goals Against Average over his RMU career and also earned himself an ACHA championship. The finance major ended his career on top with a huge 8-2 victory over Rochester. Pellegrino also served his team as an Alternate Captain in 2021-22.

#30 G Kevin Mackey (D1) - Dematha Catholic Prep (MD) native spent 3 seasons with the Colonials and earned himself a championship title as well. The Alternate Captain Mackey, proved to be the man for the job putting up an astonishing 2.40 Goals Against Average and a .922 save percentage over his 43 game career. A 19 - 12 - 5 record finalizes Mackey's prestigious accomplishments in the crease. Not many people can match what the business management major has been able to do through his RMU career.

#30 G Nick Arcaya (D3) - Pittsburgh, PA native spent 2 years in the net for the Colonials playing in 18 career games. Arcaya finishes with a 4.80 Goals Against Average and a .853 save percentage. The psychology major capped off his final season with a 2-5-1 and reaching career highs in all categories.

#33 G Robert Petrelli (D3) - Penn Trafford High (PA) native spent all 4 of his collegiate hockey experience with the Colonials. Petrelli finishes with a .865 Save percentage and a 5.37 goals against average. Petrelli will be graduating this April with a Finance and Data Analytics degree.

#8 F Tyler Gallo (D3) - Salesianum High (MD) native spent 3 seasons with the Colonials playing 33 career games. Gallo capped off his senior year totaling 4 goals and 8 points in 13 games which put him 2nd on the team in points and tied for 2nd in goals. The communications major impressed late in the season scoring 3 of his 4 goals in the last 4 games of the season and helped the D3 team clinch its first playoff berth in 4 years.

#16 F/D Austin Davis (D3) - Peters Twp (PA) native spent 2 seasons with the Colonials playing 31 games over that time. The management major finished his collegiate career with 6 goals and 10 points in that time. Davis' physical presence made him difficult to play against on the Colonial blueline.

#14 F/D Gavin Gallaher (D3) - Ringgold High (PA) native spent all 4 collegiate eligible seasons in the Colonials colors playing 51 total games. Captain Gallaher made his presence known not  on the scoresheet, but in leadership, hockey IQ, and defensive presence. The Counseling Psychology Masters Major finished with 1 goal and 5 points during his RMU career.

#19 F/D Mason Miller (D3) - Central Valley High (PA) native spent 3 seasons with the Colonials playing in 39 games. Like his teammate Gallaher, Miller proved his defensive game to be his biggest strength, being trusted on the Penalty Kills and for lockdown defense when his team needed him most. Miller will be graduating with a graphic design dregree this spring.

From all of us here at the Club Sports Media Team we wish these 11 players nothing but the best in their future endeavors and thank them for all they have done for the growing Robert Morris University club hockey team.
