North Athletic Complex
Opened in the fall of 1998, the North Athletic Complex serves as a both a practice facility and occasional home field for our men's and women's club soccer, ultimate frisbee, and rugby teams. Additionally.
The North Athletic Complex was built after clearing a 24-acre parcel of land that was nothing more than a heavily wooded hilltop and consists of two natural grass soccer fieldsĀ and a softball field. In January of 2017, Robert Morris University announced the construction of the Student Recreation and Fitness Center, is the centerpiece of the North Athletic Complex. The student recreation and fitness center features a pair of indoor basketball courts, a fully-equipped weight room and cardio room and three studios for group exercise and other training. The adjacent outdoor court complex is used for intramural and recreational sports as well.
Students are asked to have their Student ID Cards when they use the facility.
In addition, the student recreation serves as the administrative offices for Campus Recreation. The facility was completed in September of 2017.
